Registration Coordinator

As a Registration Coordinator, you will report to the Inside Sales Manager and be responsible for enrolling new contractors who wish to offer our financing solution to their customers. You will act as a diligent gatekeeper, ensuring the legitimacy of each contractor while delivering a seamless and professional enrollment experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for contractor registration workflows, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Make daily calls and send emails to contractors to collect required documents and address any questions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
  • Manage the registration inbox, responding to inquiries, uploading documents to the CRM, and keeping it organized.
  • Cross-check contractor-provided documents, such as licenses, identification, and invoices to verify their authenticity.
  • Call distributor and customer references to confirm contractor relationship and information.
  • Convert contractor registrations into active accounts daily.
  • Collaborate with the Registration Specialist to handle escalated cases and ensure seamless contractor enrollment.

  • Experience in making outbound calls to request information, following up as needed to ensure timely task completion
  • Critical thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Keen interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Inclination towards challenges and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 1-2 years related experience and/or training, or combo of education and experience
